511w21st Hotel SiteEntertainment Mogul Jay-Z recently earmarked a $66 million development site in New York City as the location for J Hotel. J Hotel will be a 150,000-sf 5 star luxury hotel. Located in the Chelsea section of NYC, in the heart of the gallery district between 10th and 11th avenues, the hotel will be the flagship for his new hospitality brand that Jay-Z intends to branch out in select cities.
