World-renowned Ethiopian chef, Marcus Samuelsson is set to open his culinary debut to Chicago this April. Samuelsson of New York's famous Aquivit, is opening seafood restaurant, C-House in the new hotel, Affinia Chicago. He'll be bringing his signature culinary style and providing room service, as well as catering throughout the hotel. This is a great addition to the gastronomically talented Chi-town.
